Training on application for financial and asset work of the Party

On the afternoon of December 9, the Central Party Office held an online training conference on the application system serving the Party's financial and asset work in 2025. Attending the training conference at the Tuyen Quang province bridge were leaders of the Provincial Party Office and leaders of the provincial Party agencies.

The leader of the Provincial Party Committee Office chaired the conference at the provincial bridge.

At the training course, cadres, accountants, and specialists involved in the implementation of financial and Party asset management tasks under the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies were introduced by the leaders of the Central Party Office and experts of Viettel Military Telecommunications Group about the software system and applications serving the Party's financial and asset work. This application system includes 6 functional subsystems: State budget management, Party fee management, asset management, investment management, enterprise management, and inspection management.

The new system brings many outstanding advantages such as: Using a shared system from the central to local levels, optimizing the State budget and avoiding the cost of investing in separate infrastructure or outsourcing software. Switching from error-prone manual accounting operations on Excel to automatic, helping to process data quickly and accurately, reducing administrative workload and supporting instant report extraction. Ensuring level 3 information security, data is encrypted and periodically backed up, overcoming the risk of data leakage, etc.

The training conference helps improve the capacity and expertise of the team of cadres in charge of finance and Party assets in the province, thereby consolidating discipline and enhancing the effectiveness of financial and asset management in the entire Provincial Party Committee.
