Focus on completing the disbursement of all assigned capital plans in 2025

At the meeting, Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 reported on progress and difficulties and problems in implementing projects.

In 2025, the unit was assigned a capital plan to implement 44 projects, including 32 transitional projects and 12 newly started projects; including 19 key projects of the province, 7 urgent projects to overcome the consequences of storms and floods and 18 other large-scale projects.

The total capital plan assigned in 2025 is more than 2,647 billion VND. The disbursement value in October reached 94.4 billion VND, the accumulated value in the first 10 months of the year reached 1,181.7 billion VND, reaching 44.6% of the plan , up 3.1% over the previous month .

Up to now, 13/44 projects have been completed and are undergoing acceptance and settlement procedures; of which 5 projects are undergoing general acceptance procedures, 7 projects have submitted for settlement and 1 project has been approved for settlement by the Provincial People's Committee.

It is expected that by the end of 2025, 31/44 projects will be completed, accounting for 65.9%, with the remaining 13 projects continuing to be implemented after 2025.

Delegates gave their opinions at the meeting.

According to Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, disbursement progress is still low because investment preparation work includes many steps, some projects have to adjust policies or transfer investors, site clearance work faces many difficulties and unfavorable weather.

At the working session, comrade Nguyen The Phuoc - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 to be determined to disburse all capital plans for 2025; focus on removing procedures, supporting contractors, strengthening field direction, mobilizing human resources and machinery to speed up progress, ensuring payment and disbursement volume.

During the implementation process, if there are any problems beyond its authority, the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 must promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and branches; at the same time, coordinate with local authorities in site clearance and resolutely handle weak and slow-progressing contractors.
