According to the report, three key national projects including Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway, Ring Road 3 and Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City are following the schedule. For Ring Road 3, the main bidding packages have reached 85-88% of the volume, striving to open the expressway section in 2025 and complete the entire route in 2026. For Ring Road 4 alone, the units have basically completed the survey, prepared the feasibility report, and the first phase of site clearance work has been handed over for about 70% of the route length, expected to be put into operation in 2029.
For the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway, compensation, support and resettlement work continues to be urgently implemented by localities; about 86.54% of households have received compensation funds. The province strives to hand over the entire site in December 2025 to ensure construction progress and expected exploitation in 2027.

In addition, provincial traffic projects are also being accelerated. The DT.827E route, 35.6 km long, with a scale of six lanes, was started in 2025, the construction progress of the packages reached 0.5-3.3%; site clearance work reached over 90%. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in 2029. The Tan An - Binh Hiep route, 63.5 km long, is undergoing a pre-feasibility study report, expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2027. The Go Dau - Xa Mat expressway, phase 1, 28 km long, is deploying documents and preparing for site clearance, connecting directly with the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway, forming a strategic link axis in the border region.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam acknowledged the efforts of departments, branches and localities in the past time; at the same time, requested to continue to focus and be more determined in organizing the implementation of projects. Regarding the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed that from the beginning of December, compensation and site clearance work must be immediately implemented in accordance with regulations and progress; the measurement process must ensure accuracy, and at the same time, specific policies must be flexibly applied to suit the reality.
For Ring Road 3, the Project Management Board proactively worked with construction units to speed up progress after being affected by weather, complying with the time frame prescribed by the Government , organizing technical traffic opening soon; at the same time, strengthening control of input material quality and promoting disbursement of investment capital.
Regarding the Tan An - Binh Hiep route, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the consulting unit to urgently complete the pre-feasibility study report; the Department of Construction presides over the study, ensuring the resettlement planning plan is appropriate, linked to flood-proof residential areas. At the same time, the local government is assigned to strengthen the management of land status to serve the site clearance work, strictly handle cases of illegal encroachment, hindering the project implementation.
