| Commander of Squadron 129 visited and encouraged the patient. |
The two fishermen are Mr. Vo Da (a fisherman on a fishing boat from Gia Lai province) and Mr. Doan Tinh (a fisherman on a fishing boat from Quang Ngai province). Previously, both were admitted, given emergency care and treated at Nam Yet Island Hospital on July 3 and 7, respectively. Mr. Vo Da was hospitalized with acute hypertension, suspected of having a stroke; Mr. Doan Tinh had dyslipidemia, hypertension and signs of a stroke on the left side of his body.
Nam Yet Island Infirmary has treated the fishermen. By July 15, the patients were basically conscious and stable. However, their health conditions still had many problems that needed further treatment due to the poor equipment of the island infirmary.

Nam Yet Island Hospital handed over the patient to Ship 711 for transport to the mainland for further treatment. The officers and staff of Ship 711 did a good job of preparing, arranging and receiving the patient to disembark the ship and depart for the journey to shore. During the journey of more than 4 days and nights with big waves and strong winds, the officers and soldiers of Ship 711 organized thoughtful health care for the patient, closely monitored his condition and actively provided medical support. At 7:00 p.m. on July 19, the ship safely docked at the port of Naval Squadron 129 (Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), handing over the fisherman to his family for further treatment.
