The Russian space agency Roscosmos announced on November 27 that the Russian Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft had successfully carried two Russian astronauts and their American colleague to the International Space Station (ISS).

Specifically, this trip brought American astronaut Christopher Williams working for the ISS and two Russian astronauts Sergei Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikayev to the ISS.

Previously, the Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft was launched into orbit from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, by a Soyuz 2.1a rocket at 12:28 Moscow time (about 16:28 Vietnam time).

Astronauts Sergei Mikayev (Russia) and Christopher Williams (USA) both made their first space flights.

After successful docking, the crew will work on the ISS for 8 months and is expected to return to Earth at the end of July 2026./.
