Tay Ho: Monitoring 67 points at risk of violating urban order

On December 2, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ho ward held a conference to review the draft Report on the implementation of socio-economic development targets and tasks in 2025; socio-economic development plan and tasks in 2026.

In addition to the achieved results, the draft also clearly states the shortcomings, limitations and causes; at the same time, proposes key tasks for 2026. In particular, the Ward People's Committee will focus on improving the quality of economic growth, urban beautification, improving people's lives and ensuring social security.

Speaking at the conference, representatives of the Front Committee of residential areas in Tay Ho ward raised many opinions, pointing out the limitations and shortcomings in urban management and handling of public administrative procedures. Many delegates also paid special attention to preserving the environmental landscape around West Lake and proposed that the ward leaders strengthen their direction and have strong solutions to resolve the existing problems. Directly responding to comments at the conference, Head of the Economic and Urban Management Department of Tay Ho Ward Nguyen Van Tuong said that urban management and environmental sanitation in Tay Ho Ward still face many difficulties; waste collection and treatment have not yet achieved the desired results. Currently, the Ward People's Committee has organized monitoring of 67 points at risk of violating environmental sanitation and urban order; so far, more than 20 points have been handled, contributing to the initial improvement of the urban landscape in the ward.

Regarding the handling of outstanding land issues, the Ward People's Committee will continue to resolve outstanding issues in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring publicity and transparency.

With the remaining issues in environmental sanitation and urban order management, the Ward People's Committee will continue to focus on handling them, thereby contributing to improving the quality of people's lives and building a bright, green, clean and beautiful urban appearance in Tay Ho Ward.
