Green Nestera is located at the gateway to Vinhomes Green City urban area, also invested by Green City Development Joint Stock Company. This location is considered favorable thanks to its ability to quickly connect to Ho Chi Minh City and key areas of Tay Ninh through DT825, DT823, National Highway 1A and Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong expressway.

According to MIK Group, the implementation of Green Nestera contributes to realizing the Government 's goal of developing one million social housing units, while also supplementing the housing market supply suitable to the financial capacity of the workforce, workers, civil servants and households in need of housing.
