Cyclists compete in the 65 km distance for men in 2 age groups ( 18 to 40 years old and 41 to 55 years old ). Women from 18 to 50 years old compete in the 25 km distance.

In both events, there is a parade after which the cyclists enter the official race track. With a distance of 25 km, the parade and competition route. Two cyclists from Phu Yen have confirmed their positions when taking turns to cross the finish line, namely Tran Truong Ai Phuong and Tran Thi Thanh, and cyclist Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (Bao Thinh Construction Company) ranked third in the women's individual event. In the women's team event, first place belongs to Bao Thinh Construction Company, second place is Khang Thinh Cycling Club, third place belongs to Lien Huong Cycling Club (Tuy Phong).
The end of the 25km women's race, the parade route and the men's race with a distance of 65km with the same starting point, but the victory in this distance for the age group of 18 - 40 belonged to cyclist Nguyen Thanh Vu (Bao Thinh Construction Company), second prize belonged to cyclist Nguyen Hoang Sang (Khang Thinh Bicycle Club, Binh Thuan ) , third prize belonged to cyclist Le Tran Nguyen Tuyen (Khang Thinh Bicycle Club, Binh Thuan) . Accordingly, the first prize for the team in this age group belonged to Khang Thinh Bicycle Club, Binh Thuan, second prize belonged to Bao Thinh Construction Company, third prize belonged to Gia Khang Hydraulic Bicycle Club (Binh Phuoc).
In the same age group of 40-55, cyclist Do Thanh Nho (Khang Thinh Cycling Club - Binh Thuan) won first prize, cyclist Dang Van Quang (Phan Thiet Cycling Club) won second prize and cyclist Le Van Xuan (Phu Yen) won third prize. In addition, in the team category of this age group, first prize went to Yen Sao Thien Yen Phu Cycling Club (Phu Yen), second prize went to Phan Thiet Cycling Club, and third prize went to Khang Thinh Cycling Club (Binh Thuan).
Sharing after the race, the cyclist in Kien Giang happily said: This is the first time experiencing such a difficult race track, there are too many slopes unlike the terrain in the locality where we practice which is very flat. But even though we did not achieve high results, this is a beautiful memory with a wonderful race track. Female cyclist Tran Thi Ai Phuong was also happy, saying: It is really happy to come to Phan Thiet for the first time to compete and achieve results, this is a very beautiful race track, so not only myself but many other cyclists will also be excited and try their best, hopefully see you next season.
