From July 14, Bac Ninh Provincial Police continued to deploy 8 more points to receive applications for issuance, renewal and re-issuance of driving licenses at commune and ward police stations, bringing the total number of reception points to 17. From July 1 to now, commune-level police have received 348 applications for re-issuance and renewal of driving licenses. In addition to receiving applications, the police forces of communes and wards have increased propaganda to the people about high-tech scams, taking advantage of the issuance and renewal of driving licenses to request personal information, OTP codes or images of identification documents, etc.

Implementing seven industrial promotion projects

Recently, Hop Thanh commune (Lao Cai province) established three working delegations to visit, encourage and present gifts to meritorious people and policy families in the commune on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). Cao Bang has three more national intangible cultural heritages.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued decisions to include three unique intangible cultural heritages of Cao Bang province in the list of national intangible cultural heritages, including: Nom script of the Tay people; beeswax pattern printing technique of the Dao Tien people, concentrated in Tam Kim and Thanh Cong communes; and the art of painting worship paintings of the Red Dao people in Thanh Long commune. Including the three heritages in the list of national intangible cultural heritages not only affirms the unique cultural values of the Tay, Red Dao and Tien ethnic groups in Cao Bang province but also creates motivation for localities to preserve, restore and promote the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in contemporary life.

99.19% of Lang Son students pass high school graduation exam
According to data compiled by the Lang Son Department of Education and Training, in the 2025 high school graduation exam, the whole province had 9,428 12th graders taking the exam. As a result, 9,352 candidates passed the graduation exam, reaching a rate of 99.19%; of which, the 12th grade high school group had the highest passing rate, with 99.72%; the continuing education group had a passing rate of 96.47%... In addition, many high schools in the area achieved high results with a 100% passing rate.
