Faced with that situation, with the support of the military, police and the cooperation of the people, localities have proactively mobilized vehicles and human resources to simultaneously clean up and overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

In Phan Dinh Phung ward, from early morning, hundreds of cadres, civil servants, union members and people were present on the streets and residential areas to participate in the general cleaning. With the support of mechanical vehicles, water trucks, excavators, all garbage and mud were collected and transported promptly, returning a clean appearance to the central urban area.

Mr. Dang Quang Ngoc, Vice Chairman of Phan Dinh Phung Ward People's Committee, said: Environmental sanitation is not only an immediate task but also a long-term responsibility of all cadres, party members and people. Through this campaign, we hope that each person will raise their awareness of maintaining hygiene and join hands to build a civilized and clean ward.
