This is not only an occasion to honor the immense contributions of the workforce but also to affirm the role and position of the working class in the socio-economic development process. Workers' Month is not simply an annual event but has become a "meeting point" for sharing, caring for, and supporting workers. It is a time when trade unions at all levels reach out to the grassroots, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers, care for their lives, and provide them with motivation to work and produce with peace of mind.
Amidst this vibrant atmosphere, in the early days of May, the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation and the Trade Unions of its units actively organized meaningful activities such as "Trade Union Meals," "Thanking the Workers," and "May Dialogue"; launched simultaneous emulation campaigns in many units and projects; and organized activities to encourage and visit workers facing difficulties and serious illnesses among all PTSC union members and employees. The Trade Union of PTSC Corporation proposed that the Group's Trade Union provide support to 333 workers facing difficulties, serious illnesses, low income, and those on temporary leave; at the same time, the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation also allocated 367 million VND to visit and encourage these individuals.
Alongside caring for, sharing with, and encouraging workers, the General Corporation's Trade Union and the Trade Unions of its units proactively implement activities to promote safety and fire prevention. They encourage units to organize training courses on occupational safety and hygiene; strengthen the team of safety and hygiene officers; and promptly detect and prevent occupational safety and hygiene hazards during the production process.
During the 2026 Workers' Month, PTSC Corporation was honored to receive commendations and awards from the Vietnam National Petroleum Group's Trade Union for 7 "Outstanding Petrovietnam Workers". These are well-deserved recognitions for the labor emulation and innovation efforts of PTSC's workforce.
Workers' Month is not just about simple welfare activities, but is gradually becoming a driving force to promote innovation and creativity among the workforce. From open dialogues to creative labor emulation movements, everything is aimed at building a modern, capable workforce that can adapt to new development requirements, in line with the theme "Innovation and Creativity, Enhancing Labor Productivity" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Through activities during Workers' Month, PTSC Corporation emphasizes the spirit of solidarity, strengthens the trust and attachment of union members and employees to the Trade Union organization; awakens the aspiration to contribute, promotes the pioneering role, sense of responsibility, and innovative capacity of union members and employees in labor and production, contributing to increased labor productivity and making an important contribution to achieving the goals and targets of the unit and the Corporation in 2026.
