Establish 8 working groups to inspect and promote project disbursement

The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2753/QD-UBND to establish 8 working groups to inspect, urge, remove difficulties and obstacles and promote disbursement of projects in the city. The Vice Chairmen of the City People's Committee are the heads of the working groups.

The working groups are responsible for inspecting, urging, and directing the removal of difficulties and obstacles and promoting the disbursement of public and private investment projects in the city; directing the handling of backlogged projects, slow-to-implement projects, and key projects, creating momentum for the city's socio -economic development.

Organize the review and synthesis of difficulties and obstacles; analyze the causes of difficulties and obstacles in the process of project implementation; propose solutions to promote disbursement of public and private investment projects, and improve capital use efficiency.

Provide guidance on the unified implementation of legal provisions on public investment, private investment and related regulations to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote project implementation progress and disbursement.

Evaluate the implementation of solutions to promote disbursement of public investment projects and private investment projects; directive documents of Government leaders on promoting annual disbursement of public investment capital. Review responsibilities in leadership, direction, urging, inspection, review, and handling of difficulties and problems in disbursement of public investment projects and private investment projects at agencies and localities, including the responsibilities of heads.
