Establishment of Duong Huy Industrial Cluster (Mong Duong ward)

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 4058/QD-UBND dated October 24, 2025 on the establishment of Duong Huy Industrial Cluster (Mong Duong Ward).

Van Don Industrial Park is one of the industrial parks invested in construction and inaugurated at the end of September 2025.

Duong Huy Industrial Park has an area of ​​nearly 75 hectares with synchronous investment in infrastructure systems including: Traffic, water supply, wastewater treatment..., with TPA Land Vietnam Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Company Limited as the investor in building technical infrastructure. It is expected that the investment and construction of technical infrastructure will be completed within 30 months from the date of issuance of the establishment decision.

The industrial park will attract the following industries: Processing and manufacturing industry; trade, retail, repair of cars, motorbikes, scooters and other engines; warehousing and support activities for transportation; repair of computers, personal and household items; laundry, cleaning of textile and fur products; production of material products and consumer services for households; serving the relocation of industrial and handicraft establishments.

Up to now, the whole province has established and expanded 17 industrial clusters with a total area of ​​nearly 930 hectares. The industrial clusters established, invested in construction and put into operation will contribute to implementing one of the key tasks of continuing to perfect the synchronous, modern, multi-modal industrial cluster infrastructure system as set out in the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
