At the meeting, on behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong city, comrade Le Tien Chau sent his condolences and sympathies for the heavy losses that Dak Lak province had to endure due to storm No. 13 in recent days.

On this occasion, Hai Phong supported 10 billion VND, contributing to helping Dak Lak have more resources to repair damaged infrastructure and support people to stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
