Thuan An city has a new Secretary

On the morning of August 5, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to hand over decisions on the transfer of key officials.

The conference was chaired by comrade Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and comrade Nguyen Hoang Thao, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee announced the decision on comrade Nguyen Thi My Hang, to cease holding the position of Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; to transfer and appoint her to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, from August 2, 2024.

Decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Van Danh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 2019 - 2024 term, from August 1, 2024.

Decision on comrade Huynh Thi Thanh Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Secretary of the Thuan An City Party Committee; transferred to work at the Department of Home Affairs to be appointed as Director of the Department, from August 1, 2024.

Decision to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Van Minh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Thuan An City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, from August 1, 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi acknowledged the contributions and dedication of retired comrades to the common development of the province; at the same time, congratulated the comrades who have received new tasks to continue to promote their intelligence, work experience, enthusiasm in leadership and management, uphold the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The conference also announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the resignation of comrade Vo Van Ba, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, from August 1, 2024 until his retirement from the regime from October 1, 2024 according to his personal wishes; announced the decision on the retirement of comrade Huynh Phu Quy, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, from August 1, 2024.
