Accordingly, coach Mauro Jeromino was appointed to the "hot seat". In addition, Mr. Vu Hong Viet took on the position of General Director of the company and CEO, Mr. Trung Kien held the role of Technical Director.

Coach Mauro Jeromino, born in 1987, is a Portuguese, and used to lead PVF-CAND Club in the First Division (currently playing in the V-League). He is tasked with helping the team from Thanh Nam return to the V-League championship race and go deep into the Southeast Asian Club Cup, AFC Champions League Two 2025/26.

Coach Mauro made his debut on November 23, when Nam Dinh Blue Steel hosted Long An in the National Cup.
