The Voice Contest of songs about Ha Tinh in 2025 aims to create a new spirit and exciting atmosphere to promote patriotic emulation movements, determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party; towards the patriotic emulation congresses at all levels and sectors towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025; practically welcoming the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, National Day September 2.
Regarding time: The contest will start from July 18, 2025, receiving entries until August 20, 2025; announcement and awarding of prizes are expected before September 2, 2025.
Scope and participants: all citizens at home and abroad who have a love for music and are able to perform songs about Ha Tinh; candidates are not under investigation by law enforcement agencies; have good morals and a healthy lifestyle; each candidate can only participate in one performance.
Members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury do not participate in the contest.
Content of the entries: Contestants perform songs about Ha Tinh praising the Party, praising Uncle Ho, praising the homeland, expressing love for the homeland, aiming at good values, in accordance with traditional customs.
Form of submission: Contestants sing and record video clips to send to the Organizing Committee of the contest ( videos must be in full HD quality (1920x1080); entries must not have copyright disputes, including copyrights on social networking platforms such as youtube, fanpage, etc. (contestants are responsible for the copyright of their works according to the provisions of law).
The entries will be posted on the Ha Tinh TV youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@hatinhtv2025) and shared on the Ha Tinh Television fanpage, Ha Tinh Newspaper (the entries with high views on Ha Tinh TV youtube, Ha Tinh Newspaper will have the opportunity to win the "Reaching Far with BHT" Award and receive priority points in the Jury's scoring scale).
The closing ceremony, award ceremony and performance will be broadcast live on Ha Tinh Television and Ha Tinh Newspaper digital platforms before September 2, 2025.

+ 1 video file recording the contestant singing and performing;
+ 1 word file with full contest registration information: author information (full name, date of birth, occupation, address, contact phone number), work information (name of work, author, poet, music, lyrics, recording, arrangement... (if any).
