More universities in Hanoi conduct additional recruitment exams

At the end of the first round of university entrance exams in 2025, a series of training institutions continued to announce additional admission exams.

Candidates who have not been admitted or have been admitted but have not confirmed their admission to any training institution can apply to many schools that are considering additional admission, including some top universities.

The Banking Academy has just announced the recruitment of 400 additional positions, of which more than 200 positions are in Hanoi . At its headquarters in Hanoi, the Academy will recruit students using 6 methods, including: Direct admission; based on high school academic results; combining international certificates with academic scores; V-SAT entrance exam scores; Hanoi National University's competency assessment exam scores; and 2025 high school graduation exam scores.

The minimum score for receiving application documents is equal to the standard score for the first round of admission. Applications must be received until 5:00 p.m. on September 10. Specifically as follows:

Banking Academy recruits about 400 additional positions.

The Academy of Military Science also announced the additional enrollment of 73 training targets for the Civilian system at the university level in 2025. Accordingly, the English Language major will recruit 29 more targets with an admission score of 19 points or higher; the Russian Language major will recruit 27 targets with a score of 19.38 or higher; the Chinese Language major will recruit 17 targets with a score of 20.81 or higher.

Candidates whose total admission score after converting certificates into foreign language scores and converting HSA and APT scores to a 30-point scale that meets the above threshold can submit their application. Applications will be accepted from September 6 to 15.

The Logistics Academy recruits more than 240 students for three majors: Finance - Banking (37 positions), Accounting (135 positions), Construction Engineering (69 positions). The minimum score for receiving applications based on high school graduation exam scores is 18/30, the capacity assessment scores of Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City are 74/150 and 603/1200 respectively. All are converted to a 30-point scale.

The 4 admission groups include A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), C01 (Math, Literature, Physics), X06 (Math, Physics, IT). The Academy accepts applications until September 14.

Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine is recruiting 33 more students for the Medical major with the following combinations: B00 (Math, Biology, Chemistry), D08 (Math, Biology, Foreign Language), A02 (Math, Biology, Physics), X14 (Math, Biology, Information Technology), B03 (Math, Biology, Literature). The score for receiving applications is from 24, 25 and above. The Academy will receive applications before 5:00 p.m. on September 10.

Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment announced to recruit more than 150 additional positions in Hanoi and its branch in Thanh Hoa , based on 3 methods: Considering high school graduation exam scores, considering academic records, considering the capacity assessment test scores of Hanoi National University in 2025. The school accepts applications until 5:00 p.m. on September 12. The results will be announced on September 15.

Previously, Hanoi Medical University announced that it would enroll 80 additional students in the Social Work major based on the high school graduation exam scores. The admission combinations include A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology), B08 (Math, Biology, English). The threshold for receiving application documents is 17. Social Work is a new major that has been opened since this year. This is the first time the school has recruited additional students in decades. The deadline for candidates to submit applications is 4:00 p.m. on September 12.
