Currently, the people of Tam Son town (Quan Ba) are eagerly waiting for a new market to develop socio-economic and change the urban appearance. According to the new planning scheme, the market will be built with an area twice as large as the old market, divided into many different functional areas. Ms. Lenh Thi Tuyen, Head of Residential Group 4 said: “We have been informed by the local government about the planning to build a new market for more than a year now, and the people are very supportive. Accordingly, the residential group has propagated and mobilized people about the recovery of agricultural land from some households to build a market. Most people agree with the desire to have a new market to serve long-term development”.

Implementing infrastructure construction in the locality, Tam Son town is currently implementing 5 traffic projects and building a market. Vice Chairman of Tam Son town People's Committee, Hoang Hai Van said: To implement these projects, the local Party Committee and government pay great attention to the work of BTGPMB to promptly hand over the site to investors for construction. Although we still encounter some difficulties regarding compensation policies, on the land there are still tombs... However, with the efforts of the local government and sectors, the work of land recovery and site clearance is ensured according to the law, ensuring transparency. When problems and recommendations arise, specialized agencies organize dialogues, focus on verifying and advising on solutions in accordance with the law, while ensuring the rights of the people. Closely coordinate with investors and related units to organize statistics, develop a complete compensation plan, follow the correct procedures, promptly report, remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the completion of assigned projects. The work of determining land prices to calculate basic compensation is consistent with common land prices on the market, gradually ensuring the rights of people whose land is recovered.

In addition, implementing the spirit of Directive No. 06-CT/HU, dated June 23, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on promoting the campaign "All people participate in donating land to build traffic infrastructure and public welfare works in Quan Ba district, period 2021 - 2025". Through the process of dialogue, propaganda and mobilization, people donated over 25,296 m2 of land of 215 households to build a road from Group 3, Tam Son town to Lung Khuy village, Quan Ba commune; a road from Tam Son town intersection to Thuong Son village to Thanh Long, Thanh Van commune; a road from Bao An village intersection to Thanh Van commune; a road from the TV station to the Dormitory - Hospital road; a road from Din San village, Quyet Tien commune to Thuong Son village, Tam Son town; Market construction project and project to upgrade the VocationalEducation - Continuing Education Center into a district boarding secondary and high school.

With the close direction of the local Party Committee and government, the participation of the entire political system and especially the consensus of the people in the BTGPMB work has contributed to speeding up the progress of works and projects that change the face of the locality. The infrastructure is increasingly improved, especially the convenient transportation system, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the district.
