At this time of year, the peach orchards in Nhat Tan are bustling with trucks carrying peaches for traders coming and going, and crowded with people coming to take photos.

From early morning, many young people dressed in elegant ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), showing off their figures amidst the blooming peach orchards.

Many young people say that taking photos in peach blossom gardens has become a familiar tradition every Tet holiday. It's not just about capturing the first moments of spring; it's also a way to better feel the approaching Tet atmosphere.

"After a busy year, these few days are when the Tet holiday feels most real. Wearing an ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) and standing amidst the peach blossoms, I suddenly feel a strange sense of joy and tranquility," shared Hong Sang (23 years old, Ba Dinh district).

To get a satisfying Tet (Lunar New Year) photo shoot, many young people don't hesitate to invest in their outfits. Traditional ao dai (Vietnamese long dress) in various colors like red, pink, and turquoise are popular choices among young people.

"Our group prepared our outfits a week in advance, each person wearing a different colored shirt to stand out. We just hoped for a gentle sunny day today so the photos would turn out better," Hong Sang added.

The peach blossom gardens of Nhat Tan these days are considered by many to be "picture-perfect." Rows of peach blossoms in full bloom, interspersed with budding pink blossoms, and the alluvial plain in the distance... all create a backdrop that perfectly captures the spirit of Tet (Vietnamese New Year).

In particular, this year many gardens have opened their doors for free for people to take photos, which has led to an even larger influx of visitors.

Besides the vibrant colors of peach blossoms, the Nhat Tan peach garden also offers a rare sense of peace in the heart of Hanoi during the end of the year.
