Ingredient
- 200g pork chop (pork loin)
- 1/2 onion (optional)
- Spices: 1 ginger root, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Cooking oil
Prepare:
- Grate ginger
- Thinly sliced onion
How to do it
- Use a knife to cut a few lines on the pork.
- Mix the spices together and put them in a zip bag with the pork, marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onions and saute until cooked, then set aside.
- Add pork and seasoning water, simmer until water is dry and done.
