During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is from 24-27 degrees Celsius, the highest is from 29-32 degrees Celsius.

In Hanoi , it is cloudy with rain in some places. In the afternoon and evening, the clouds will decrease and there will be sunshine. Northeast wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature from 20-22 degrees Celsius, highest from 25-27 degrees Celsius.

Ho Chi Minh City has scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night; sunny during the day. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature is 24-26 degrees Celsius, highest is 30-32 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, there is a cold spell moving south. From November 13 to 15, nighttime temperatures in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will drop sharply, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold.

Due to the influence of continuously strengthened cold air combined with high altitude divergence, from November 13 to 15, in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, there will be little cloud and sunny days.

During November 13-15, the lowest nighttime temperature in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will drop sharply, generally between 16-18 degrees Celsius, in the Northern mountainous region, some places will be below 13 degrees Celsius. At night and early morning, in these areas, the weather will turn cold, in the high mountainous areas, some places will be very cold.
