The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that today, November 14, the weather in the North and Thanh Hoa will be sunny during the day. At night and early morning, it will be cold, with some places in the highlands being very cold.

Due to the influence of the cold air, the lowest temperature in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An has dropped sharply, generally in the range of 16-18 degrees Celsius, in the Northern mountainous region, some places are below 13 degrees Celsius. At night and early morning in these areas, it is cold, in the high mountains, some places are very cold.

Rain in some places in the North and Central Central regions. This area is preparing for heavy rain.

The South and other regions will have sunny days, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and at night. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

Regarding sea weather, today and tonight the northern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 3-5m high, rough seas.

The sea area from Quang Ngai to Ca Mau has strong northeast wind level 6, sometimes level 7 during the day, gusting to level 8, waves 2-4m high, rough sea.

The sea area west of the southern East Sea (including the west of Truong Sa special zone) has strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2-4m high, rough sea.

All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
