The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that today, July 14, the weather in the North will decrease in rain, sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in the evening, with heavy rain in some places.

From Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh , the Central Highlands and the South, there will be intermittent sunshine, showers and thunderstorms in the evening, with heavy rain in some places. Thunderstorms may have tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Other areas are sunny, some places are hot.

At sea, northern Gulf of Tonkin, central and southern East Sea (including Truong Sa special zone), sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to An Giang and Gulf of Thailand, scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind and waves over 2m high.

All vessels operating in the above areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
