According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today, January 21st, there will be scattered rain in Northern Vietnam, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An . The weather will turn very cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold. High mountainous areas should be wary of frost.

The lowest temperatures during this cold spell in Northern Vietnam will range from 11-14 degrees Celsius, 8-11 degrees Celsius in mountainous areas, and below 6 degrees Celsius in some high mountainous areas; in North Central Vietnam, temperatures will be 13-16 degrees Celsius.

From Ha Tinh to Da Nang City and the eastern provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai, there will be scattered rain, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms. In the north, the weather will turn cold during the night and early morning.

Southern Vietnam and other areas will have sunny days, with scattered showers in the evening and at night. The Central Highlands will be cold in the morning and at night.
