According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today, February 19th (the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse), the weather in the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will be characterized by light rain in some areas. It will be cold, with intensely cold temperatures in some mountainous areas of the Northern region.

From Nghe An to Da Nang City and eastward from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas.

Other areas will have sunny weather, with some places in the southeastern region experiencing hot weather. The highest temperature in the South today will reach 35 degrees Celsius, making the weather uncomfortably hot and humid.
