Weather on December 2: Cold air is coming, cold in the North, heavy rain in the Central region

Currently (December 2), the cold air mass is still moving south.

It is forecasted that in the early morning and morning of December 3, cold air will affect the Northeast, North Central and some places in the Northwest, then affect other places in the Northwest and some places in the Central Central. In the Northern and North Central regions from the night of December 3, the weather will be cold, with some places in the high mountainous areas of the North experiencing severe cold. On the night of December 3, the area from Quang Tri to Da Nang City and the East of Quang Ngai province had moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall from 20-40mm, locally very heavy rain over 70mm.
