Meanwhile, Central Vietnam will have rain and localized showers; while Southern Vietnam will have sunny days, with cold mornings and nights.
Specifically, the Northwest region will be cloudy with scattered rain and light winds. It will be intensely cold, with some areas experiencing severe cold; Dien Bien and Lai Chau will be particularly cold, with some areas experiencing intense cold. High mountainous areas should be wary of frost. The lowest temperature will be 11-14°C, with some areas below 8°C; the highest temperature will be 15-18°C, with some areas above 19°C.
In the Northeast region, the sky will be mostly cloudy, with scattered light rain during the day and light rain in some areas at night. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. It will be very cold, with some areas experiencing severe cold; frost is a risk in high mountainous areas. The lowest temperature will be 11-14 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas below 8 degrees Celsius; the highest temperature will be 14-17 degrees Celsius.
From Thanh Hoa to Hue , the sky will be cloudy with scattered rain in some areas; in the South, there will be rain and scattered showers during the day. North to Northwest winds at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 14-17 degrees Celsius, with some places below 13 degrees Celsius; the highest temperature will be 24-27 degrees Celsius, with some places above 28 degrees Celsius.
Southern Vietnam will be sunny during the day, with scattered showers at night. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. It will be cold in the early morning and at night. The lowest temperatures in the East will be 19-22°C, and in the West 21-24°C; the highest temperatures will be 28-31°C, with some areas exceeding 31°C.
In Hanoi, the capital city, it will be cloudy with scattered light rain in the morning, followed by light rain in some areas later. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. It will be very cold. The lowest temperature will generally be 11-14 degrees Celsius, and the highest 14-17 degrees Celsius.
Ho Chi Minh City: Cloudy skies, sunny during the day, no rain at night. Northeast wind, force 2-3. Cold in the early morning and at night. Lowest temperature 20-22°C, highest 28-31°C.
On the sea day and night of January 24th, the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau will experience northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8. The sea will be rough. Wave height will be 3-5m.
In the western part of the South China Sea (including the western part of the Spratly Islands), there are northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8-9. The sea is rough. Wave height is 3-5 meters.
Warning for day and night of January 25th: In the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ho Chi Minh City and the western sea area of the South China Sea (including the western sea area of the Truong Sa Special Administrative Region), strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to levels 7-8; sea waves 2-4m high; rough seas.
All vessels operating in these areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and high waves. Level of maritime disaster risk: Level 2.
