According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, on January 25th, the weather across the country continued to be affected by the cold air mass, with the Northern and North Central regions maintaining cold conditions, some areas experiencing intense cold, and strong northeasterly winds causing rough seas at sea.

Specifically, in Northern Vietnam and North Central Vietnam, on January 25th, there will be scattered rain, with localized fog in the early morning. In particular, the Northeast region and Thanh Hoa province will experience light rain, drizzle, and scattered fog during the night and morning, limiting visibility and affecting traffic.

The weather is cold, with some mountainous and hilly areas experiencing severe cold. High mountain regions need to be especially wary of the risk of frost, which could negatively impact crops and livestock.

Forecasts for January 25th indicate that the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ho Chi Minh City and the western part of the South China Sea (including the western part of the Truong Sa archipelago) will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with rough seas; wave heights will be 2-4 meters. The highest temperature will be 26-29 degrees Celsius, with some areas in the south exceeding 29 degrees Celsius.

The Central Highlands will be cloudy with sunny days and scattered showers at night. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. It will be cold in the early morning and at night. The lowest temperature will be 14-17 degrees Celsius, with some places below 13 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 25-28 degrees Celsius, with some places above 28 degrees Celsius.

Southern Vietnam will be cloudy with sunny days and scattered showers at night. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The eastern region will be cold in the early morning and at night. Minimum temperatures will be 19-22°C in the eastern region and 21-24°C in the western region. Maximum temperatures will be 31-33°C in the eastern region and 29-31°C in the western region.

Ho Chi Minh City will be cloudy with sunny periods during the day and scattered showers at night. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 21-23 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 30-32 degrees Celsius.
