In the area from Quang Tri to Da Nang city and the east of Quang Ngai province to Gia Lai, there will be rain, showers, and locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. Other areas will have showers and thunderstorms in some places. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

It is forecasted that in December 2025, the Central and South Central regions are likely to experience 1-2 widespread moderate and heavy rains. In particular, rainfall in the area from southern Quang Tri to the northern part of the South Central Coast tends to be higher than the average of many years, so it is necessary to guard against the risk of flash floods and landslides.
On the other hand, cold air continues to increase in frequency and intensity and there may be severe cold in the North, but concentrated in the northern mountainous areas.
