In 2025, under the leadership, direction and management of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Ung Thien commune and the Party Committee and Party cell of Luong Xa village, the Village Front Work Committee has effectively implemented 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". The village currently has 351 households, 1,320 people, divided into 6 self-governing hamlets. The political security situation, social order and safety are always stable; people's lives are increasingly improved, the rural appearance is flourishing. Average income per capita reaches 80 million VND/year, an increase of 4 million VND compared to 2024; 100% of households use clean water, there are no more poor households.

People practice civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals, especially 100% of deaths during the year are cremated, which is a bright spot of the commune in implementing civilized funerals. The work of building a cultural life has achieved many positive results: 351 households registered, 335 households achieved Cultural Family, accounting for 95.4%; there are 6 near-poor households, 2 households less than the previous year. The movement to encourage learning is maintained with a 70 million VND scholarship fund and many activities to repay gratitude, support flood victims and the fund "For Vietnam's seas and islands".

Promoting the achieved results, in 2026, Luong Xa village will continue to promote the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", striving for 90% of households to achieve the title of Cultural Family, 100% of hamlets to achieve the title of Cultural Hamlet, with no cases of law violations or social evils; at least 50% of people regularly participate in community cultural and sports activities.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Le Kim Anh acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that cadres, party members and people of Luong Xa village have achieved in implementing patriotic emulation movements, especially in the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

The President of the City Women's Union emphasized that in the coming time, all cadres and people of Luong Xa village need to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, uphold the spirit of responsibility, actively bring the Party's resolutions into life, and at the same time proactively apply digital technology, build digital government, digital transformation in management and implementation of tasks at the grassroots level, contributing to improving the efficiency of the political system, promoting sustainable socio-economic development, building an increasingly civilized and modern cultural life.

On this occasion, Comrade Le Kim Anh - President of the City Women's Union presented gifts to 10 outstanding households. The Commune People's Committee presented gifts to 2 outstanding households of the village and many outstanding collectives and individuals were also presented gifts by the village.
