On the afternoon of November 14, Tong Chu village, Coc San commune organized the National Youth Union Festival and inaugurated the village Cultural House - a community project of important significance to the spiritual life of local people.

The Tong Chu Village Cultural House project started construction in January 2025, with a total investment of 5.7 billion VND from the State budget and was completed and put into use on the occasion of the national great unity festival.
