Notice of liquidation of fixed assets

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Card Center ( VietinBank Card Center) notifies individuals and organizations that have the need and are qualified to participate in the liquidation purchase of fixed assets according to the provisions of law.

The information is as follows:

I. List of assets for liquidation:

II. Time, selling price, location, and form of liquidation sale

1. Starting price: 28,000,000 VND/asset lot (In words: Twenty -eight million VND). The above price includes VAT and does not include dismantling and transportation costs. Dismantling and transportation costs are paid by the buyer.

2. Notification period: 3 working days from 10:00 on November 4, 2024 to 17:00 on November 6, 2024 .

3. Viewing time Liquidation of assets ( if needed) : 14:00 on November 6, 2024. Contact: Ms. Doan Thi Bich Lien - Storekeeper, Asset Management & Services Department, VietinBank Head Office; phone: 0989 379 780.

4. Location for viewing and handing over assets: VietinBank Card Center; address: Internal Area, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City .

5. Time and place for receiving documents:

- Time for receiving documents: From 9:00 to 14:00 on November 7, 2024 .

- Place to receive documents: Bidding documents are sealed and submitted directly to: Asset Management and Services Department, VietinBank Head Office; address: Room 303, 108 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.

- Registration documents include:

+ Bidding form for organizations/individuals (according to attached form) .

+ Business registration certificate for units/organizations or citizen identification card/equivalent legal documents for individuals.

6. Form of asset liquidation sale: Negotiated sale.

7. Liquidation principles:

- Buy the entire lot of liquidated assets, do not sell each asset separately. The bid must be valid. In case of multiple individuals or units registering to buy the asset, priority will be given in the following order:

+ Priority sale to individuals and units with the highest purchase price.

+ If the individual or unit that pays the highest price refuses to buy, the sale will be sold to the next highest bidder.

- The Asset Liquidation Council of VietinBank Card Center will review the results and select the purchased unit at: 16:00 on November 7, 2024 and will publicly announce the selected unit and individual.

8. Deadline for payment of liquidated assets:

- Within 2 working days from the date the individual or unit receives the notice of asset purchase .

- Payment method: Transfer to VietinBank account.

- After the above payment deadline , if individuals or organizations do not pay, it will be understood that they have refused the right to purchase the liquidated assets.

9. Time limit for handing over assets: Within 5 working days from the time of full payment, individuals and units must contact and receive the handover of liquidated assets. After the above time, if the handover is not accepted, it will be considered as a refusal to purchase and the amount paid will not be refunded.
