· A valid application is one that contains all the required documents, is submitted by mail, and is received at the Hanoi office within the specified timeframe.
· All information in the applicant's profile must be legal, truthful, accurate, and complete . Any information found to be inaccurate or incomplete will be considered an invalid application.

· The final decision of the HVN Board of Directors regarding the selection of candidates will be announced in writing after HVN has completed the candidate evaluation process.
