(GLO)- Implementing the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province coordinated with the Department of Trade Promotion - Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize a delegation of foreign enterprises to Vietnam to trade and purchase goods in the Central Highlands region.

Dak Lak Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion - Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade announces to agencies, organizations and enterprises, specifically as follows:

1. Program objectives: Create conditions for businesses in the Central Highlands to expand export markets, seek partners and have the opportunity to connect directly with foreign import businesses. To promote and introduce quality products of the Central Highlands - Vietnam, establish sales relationships, sign contracts, boost the export of Vietnamese goods to foreign markets, contributing to increasing trade turnover between Vietnam and countries around the world . Support Vietnamese businesses to participate deeply in the global value chain, improve the capacity to produce quality and competitive export goods, and affirm their position in the international arena.

2. Time and venue:

Time: From December 14 to December 16, 2025.

Location: At Elephants Hotel, 142 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province.

3. Scale (expected): 150 delegates (agencies, organizations, enterprises).

4. Participants: Representatives of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade); representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion/Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of provinces/cities in the Central Highlands region; representatives of departments, branches and localities of Dak Lak province; Business Associations, Young Entrepreneurs Associations, Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Association and enterprises, cooperatives producing and processing products that are qualified and have export potential in the Central Highlands region; foreign purchasing, distribution and import-export enterprises; Central and local news agencies and newspapers.

5. Participating products: OCOP certified products and typical rural industries at all levels; typical products of the province, regional specialties of enterprises in the Central Highlands region. Products are displayed, introduced and promoted at the Program. Participating products must meet standards of quality, food hygiene and safety, ensure full labels, origin, source...

6. Criteria for selecting participating businesses:

- Enterprises with production and export business capacity and export potential to foreign markets in the above target product lines of the Program.

- The business personnel sent to join the Delegation must be able to conduct commercial transactions with potential partners at the Program.

- Enterprises submit application documents within the prescribed deadline.

7. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:

- Complete the registration form and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee.

- Participating enterprises must send a result report (as prescribed) to the Dak Lak Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion within 05 days after the Program ends.

- For foreign enterprises entering Vietnam, they must send to the Dak Lak Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion a photocopy of their passport with full name and date of entry.

8. Requirements for registration documents:

- Application form (Form 1, Form 2 according to attached form);

PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

The program is organized with the aim of effectively implementing the policy of the Government and the Ministry of Industry and Trade on regional linkage, promoting export activities and consumption of goods to markets in countries in the region and around the world.

Strengthening support for businesses in the Central Highlands region to seek partners and expand export markets; at the same time, creating opportunities for businesses to connect, trade, learn, and exchange experiences in promoting brands, products, services, and innovating technology to improve product quality and develop markets in the integration trend.

Introducing and connecting businesses in the Central Highlands with foreign importers at the program. Promoting the image, land, people, investment and tourism destinations; harmoniously combining trade promotion with investment and tourism promotion in the provinces/cities of the Central Highlands.

Representatives of businesses and distributors exchanged information on the sidelines of a workshop on exporting agricultural products via e-commerce with Amazon.

The program is expected to attract more than 20 foreign purchasing, distribution, import-export enterprises from countries such as China, Singapore, Korea, Australia... and more than 60 suppliers in the Central Highlands region to participate.

Many of the province's products with export potential through e-commerce were displayed at the workshop.

B2B matching activities aim to support businesses in establishing strategic partnerships between businesses, facilitating better negotiations on prices and other terms, orders are often of higher value and may involve long-term contracts.

Within the framework of the supply-demand connection conference, businesses exchanged and introduced products and product supply conditions.

This helps businesses strengthen their connection and cooperation in business to achieve common goals.
