Notice of origin and land use process around Ba Kieu Temple relic

Pursuant to Resolution No. 23/NQ-HDND dated September 23, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Council on giving opinions, approving investment policies, adjusting investment policies of a number of projects using public investment capital of Hanoi;

Pursuant to Decision No. 4296/QD-UBND dated November 4, 2022 of the Hanoi People's Committee on approving the feasibility study report of the project on Site clearance and renovation of technical infrastructure in the area surrounding Ba Kieu Temple Relic, Hoan Kiem District;

Pursuant to Notice No. 105/TB-UBND dated April 21, 2023 of the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District on land recovery to implement the project of Site clearance and renovation of technical infrastructure in the area surrounding Ba Kieu Temple Relic, Hoan Kiem District;

On June 28, 2024, the People's Committee of Ly Thai To Ward issued Notice No. 49/TB-UBND on public posting of land use origin and stable land use process of households to implement the land acquisition and clearance project, renovating technical infrastructure in the area around Ba Kieu Temple relic, Hoan Kiem district, specifically as follows:

Form and location of public listing:

+ Publicly posted at the Headquarters of the People's Committee of Ly Thai To Ward - 30 Lo Su, Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

+ Public on mass media: Publish in newspaper 01 issue.

The People's Committee of Ly Thai To Ward would like to inform the community, socio-political organizations and land users within the land acquisition boundary to implement the land acquisition and clearance project, and improve the technical infrastructure of the area around Ba Kieu Temple Relic, Hoan Kiem District. After the public announcement period, if any other feedback or questions are received, the People's Committee of Ly Thai To Ward will verify and adjust the certificate of land use origin (if any).
