Wife: Hoang Thi Phap, date of birth: October 7, 1958; CCCD number: 040158014259; Issued date: August 10, 2021.

Address: Dong Tam hamlet, Ngoc Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province.

My family was transferred the Land Use Rights Certificate ( LURC) with issuance number: I 05745 in the LURC certificate issuance book: 115 LURC/11 QDUB dated March 3, 1996 issued by the People's Committee of Do Luong district in the name of: Le Thi Tuy, plot number 134, map sheet number 5, area ^1460m2 , of which residential land ^{is 300m2} ; garden land ^{is 1160m2} .

After changing plot number 111, map sheet number ² , area 19,508m2, of which ^300m2 is residential land and 16,508m2 ^is perennial land; Address: Dong Tan hamlet, Ngoc Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province. In 2007, Ms. Le Thi Tuy transferred the land use rights to Mr. Cao Tien Canh and Ms. Hoang Thi Phap. In 2009, Ms. Le Thi Tuy died. She had 3 married children living in 3 different addresses.

Since 2007, Ms. Le Thi Tuy transferred the land use rights to my family. Since then, there has been no comment about Ms. Le Thi Tuy's children. Now, my family would like to inform: within 30 days from the date of posting this notice on Nghe An Newspaper, if anyone has any complaints, please send a petition to the People's Committee of Ngoc Son Commune (Do Luong) for consideration and resolution. After the above period, if no one has any complaints, my family respectfully requests the People's Committee of Do Luong District and the Land Use Rights Registration Office of Do Luong District to carry out the procedure to cancel the land use rights under the name of Ms. Le Thi Tuy (Address: Hamlet 1, Ngoc Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province), now Dong Tam Hamlet, Ngoc Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province, and at the same time, please carry out the procedure to issue a land use rights certificate to my family, Cao Tien Canh and Hoang Thi Phap, according to the provisions of law.
