In the wake of a media company's shocking decision to discipline a female intern, which has caused controversy, a Hanoi -based company has repeatedly called for help after being attacked due to its duplicate business name.
When the incident happened, the company's Fanpage received a series of negative messages and comments. The company had to post a notice on its Fanpage to confirm that they were not involved in the incident that was causing outrage and were being "wrongly" criticized.

But the cyber attacks did not stop, the company was continuously reported, rated 1 star and had negative comments on the Fanpage and as a result, the company went missing.
“This is the reputation that our whole team has worked hard to achieve for many years. We understand your anger at the bad treatment of trainees. But guys, we are just victims of the name coincidence and cruel crowd effect.
Without having time to learn about the incident, without having time to see the logo clearly, many of you hastily reported, rated 1 star, and left negative comments on our Fanpage. One click of your mouse followed the trend but left great consequences for the livelihood of many employees", the company posted on Fanpage.
Falling into the situation of "the mandarin makes the orange suffer", this company earnestly hopes that the online community will verify the information, remove the wrong reports, and leave positive reviews to overcome the situation of being "wrongly" beaten.
Speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the company representative showed the abusive messages along with the disciplinary decision against the female intern that they received in recent days due to a mistake.
This representative said that this is the company's official Fanpage that has been sent in documents and information exchanges with customers and partners. The company is still maintaining the Fanpage for work, so it cannot be temporarily hidden to avoid being attacked and cannot change the name due to lack of time.
As Dan Tri reported, on November 26, the Fanpage of V. media and advertising company posted a disciplinary decision against a female intern signed by the director.
When posting the disciplinary decision, the company did not cover the name of the female student being disciplined. Many people pointed out that the initial post about the disciplinary decision for the student was also advertised by the company to increase interaction on social networks.
Notably, this decision also clearly states that the recipient is to post Fanpage and TikTok on the company's media channel.
Immediately, the act of exposing the disciplined student by V. Company met with a strong reaction from the online community. Many people flooded the company’s Fanpage to express their opposition and indignation.
