According to records from local hospitals, the suspected cases of food poisoning are related to two bakery locations, including location 1 on Nguyen Thai Son Street (Hanh Thong Ward) and location 2 on Le Quang Dinh Street (Binh Loi Trung Ward).

Immediately after the incident, both facilities temporarily suspended operations.
