Faced with such difficulties and losses, Dak Lak province has received the attention, direction, visits and timely help of the leaders of the Party, the State and the Central Committees, ministries, branches, agencies and organizations; the active support of the armed forces of Military Region 5 and other localities; and the sharing, encouragement and valuable help of compatriots nationwide, press agencies, businesses, philanthropists and organizations and individuals inside and outside the province, which have greatly contributed to helping the Party Committee, the government and the people of Dak Lak province overcome the consequences of natural disasters, gradually stabilize life, restore production and bring people's lives back to normal.

In particular, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province respectfully acknowledge and commend the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, self-awareness, and proactiveness of the people of all ethnic groups in the province who have seriously and proactively implemented the province's direction on storm and flood prevention and control; actively supported each other in rescue, relief, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
