In the year of the Snake (2025), our country has gone through a period marked by many important and significant events, achieving many proud accomplishments; at the same time, it was also a year in which our country had to overcome many difficulties and challenges, with rapid, complex, and unpredictable changes in the world and regional situation, along with severe natural disasters that caused heavy losses and left much suffering and loss for our people.

With unwavering determination, self-reliance, and self-improvement, the entire Party, people, and army have united and worked together, leveraging the strength of the entire nation and the assistance of international friends to achieve all the main goals set forth, leaving many outstanding marks: Independence, sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity, and a peaceful environment have been maintained; economic growth is among the world's leading, becoming a high-middle-income country; social welfare is well cared for; politics and society are stable; national defense and security are maintained and strengthened; foreign relations and international integration have been promoted, and Vietnam's position and prestige continue to be enhanced on the international stage; creating an important foundation for the country to enter a new era of development.
