Specifically, as of October 25, 2025, of the total state budget revenue in the area, the central budget revenue reached more than 10,000 billion VND, the local budget revenue reached more than 35,000 billion VND. Notably, the revenue from houses and land exceeded 6,000 billion VND, an increase of 73.2% over the same period last year. This is a significant growth rate, mainly thanks to the smooth implementation of land exploitation and use activities in high-value areas.
The boom in revenue from housing and land can be explained by many factors. First, after a period of strong adjustment in 2024, the Da Nang real estate market has gradually improved since the third quarter of 2025 thanks to policies to remove legal obstacles and adjust land price frames. Along with that, the progress of implementing a series of key infrastructure projects such as the Co Co riverside road, the expanded high-tech park and new urban areas in the Northwest... has created a strong driving force for the real estate market.
In addition, real estate transactions increased again, especially in the land and townhouse segments. Revenue from real estate business activities in October and the first 10 months of the year continued to increase strongly, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the service sector. Real estate business services in October reached VND 1,749 billion, up 77.8% over the same period. In the first 10 months of 2025, real estate business services achieved revenue of more than VND 17,000 billion, up 104%.
