Speaking at the locations and checkpoints along the route, Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan directed contractors to continue to adhere to the progress committed to the investor, as well as the commitment to the locality. Accordingly, the foundation construction must be completed in June before the rainy season, the bridge work in September, and the ground work will be completed in November and December, striving to open the route by the end of the year.

The Deputy Minister of Construction directed that by December 31, the relocation of public works, such as power lines and fiber optic cables, must be completed; and that all site clearance work must be handed over to the project by the end of March. For the final intersection at Bac Kan ward, he suggested that the investor consider extending the acceleration and deceleration points to increase safety for traffic participants.

| Site clearance work: - The route length is 28.8km, 26.45km of which has been handed over to Project Management Board 2. Of which: Thanh Thinh Commune 10.62km/12.5km; Thanh Mai Commune 10.37km/10.77km; Bac Kan Ward 5.46km/5.53km, - The total number of households, individuals and organizations within the land acquisition area is about 1,624 households. Of these, 1,564 households have been paid; 60 households have not yet received the money. - Total recovered land area is 261.8 hectares, of which 250.85 hectares have been handed over to Project Management Board 2. |
