Prime Minister holds science and technology dialogue, shaping Vietnam in the new era

At the Autumn Economic Forum 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will have a dialogue with WEF leaders on science and technology shaping Vietnam in the era of development.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 will take place from November 24 to 30 with many high-level activities.

In particular, in the official session on November 26, Government leaders and delegates will discuss the topic "Cooperation for green goals in the digital age towards a smart economy".

On the same afternoon, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and leaders of the World Economic Forum (WEF) will have a high-level policy dialogue session, with the theme "Science and technology shaping Vietnam in the era of growth".

The Autumn Economic Forum is the largest international event of the year, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, under the direct direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

This year, opening the series of activities, on November 25, WEF Executive Director - Mr. Stephan Mergenthaler, will directly share and inspire Vietnamese youth, the young business and startup community, about the global vision in promoting green - digital transformation and smart economic development, at the talk show "Intelligent Generation NOW".

On the afternoon of November 25, the CEO500 Tea Party - Tea Connect took place, a high-level dialogue space between the Vietnamese Government and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee with more than 500 domestic and international business leaders.

November 27 is a series of activities focusing on connecting, experiencing and enhancing international cooperation. The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also has the opportunity to introduce outstanding businesses, technology ecosystems and innovation that are developing strongly in Vietnam in general and in the city in particular, to connect investment and enhance cooperation between parties.

These activities demonstrate Ho Chi Minh City's commitment to long-term cooperation with the international community, while honoring the spirit of connection - innovation - integration, making the Autumn Economic Forum an international dialogue event with regional influence.

With the theme “Green transformation in the digital age”, the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is expected to gather more than 1,500 domestic and international delegates, including prestigious experts, scholars and policymakers, who are directly leading the global green and digital transformation trends.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, leaders of ministries, branches and leaders of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and provinces will directly attend many activities within the framework of the Forum.

Within the framework of the Autumn Economic Forum 2025, GRECO 2025 with the theme "Artificial Intelligence and Invention, Innovation of Technology 4.0", organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Trade and Investment Promotion, took place at Nguyen Hue walking street from November 25 to 30.

On an area of ​​8,000 m², GRECO 2025 is expected to gather more than 100 domestic and international organizations and businesses to participate in exhibitions and promotions.

The organizers expect to attract more than 120,000 visitors, creating a vibrant space for connection and trade. The exhibition space is divided into 7 main thematic areas, including prominent areas such as: Space to introduce achievements in digital transformation of AI, robots; space to exhibit 4.0 technology products and patents, space for innovation, green production - green export.

With in-depth exhibitions, participating fields include industry, transportation, urban, agriculture and environment, finance, tourism, healthcare, and education.

GRECO 2025 is oriented as an international event, aiming to introduce inventions, artificial intelligence applications, green growth technologies and solutions, advanced and breakthrough technology applications...

Because Ho Chi Minh City aims to become a green, smart city and create a culture of sustainable consumption.
