On December 2, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh left for Laos to co-chair the 48th meeting of the Vietnam-Laos Intergovernmental Committee from December 2 to 3, 2025 in Vientiane, at the invitation of Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Sonexay Siphandone.
