According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Klaus Schwab, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 15th Annual Pioneers Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) held in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China and work in China from June 24-27.

WEF is a non-profit organization operating in the form of public-private partnership, founded in 1971 by Professor Klaus Schwab, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. WEF has about 700 partners who are leaders of the world's leading corporations in various fields.
The annual Pioneers Conference, organized by the WEF in collaboration with the Chinese government, is the second largest in scale after the annual conference in Davos, Switzerland.
According to the WEF website, this year's conference is themed "New Frontiers of Growth", amid the latest economic forecasts showing that the global economy is entering a "soft landing" phase. Economic growth is recovering, inflation is falling and the rapid development of technological inventions such as artificial intelligence (AI) is promoting the development of all economic sectors.
This year’s event in Dalian will bring together some 1,600 senior leaders from countries, international organizations, entrepreneurs, and scholars from around the world. The conference will focus on six themes: the global economy; China and the world; entrepreneurship in the age of AI; new frontiers for industries; investing in people; and connecting climate, nature, and energy.
