Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visits and encourages journalists covering the 14th National Congress.

VTV.vn - Visiting the press center of the 14th National Congress, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that the press report on the Congress in a timely, accurate, and objective manner.

On the afternoon of January 20th, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the press center of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, where approximately 700 domestic and international journalists covering the Congress were working.

During a visit to inquire about the working and living conditions of reporters during the Congress, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the press is always a hardworking and important force. Therefore, priority must be given to creating the best conditions for the work of the press.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the Press Center is not only an important bridge for disseminating information about the Congress to the people, but also reflects Vietnam's proactive, open, and integrated spirit. The Prime Minister also requested that relevant units maintain smooth communication, ensure technical security, and create the most favorable conditions for the press to carry out their work.

In particular, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that the press report on the Congress in a timely, accurate, objective manner, and closely follow the program of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

The Prime Minister requested that the press focus on reporting on the main contents and new points of the Congress, such as the integration of reports into a single report; the report presented by the General Secretary at the opening session was very concise, focusing on the main points, new points, and issues that need to be addressed immediately, demonstrating actionability, practicality, and adherence to the situation; especially the breakthroughs as General Secretary To Lam emphasized at the opening session of the Congress: Vision must be strategic, thinking must be groundbreaking, and action must be decisive.

The Prime Minister requested that, along with information about the 14th National Congress of the Party, the press reflect the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere of cadres, Party members, and all strata of the people regarding this important political event of the country and the nation; and at the same time, be ready to effectively implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress immediately after the Congress's resounding success.

Also today, General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Head of the General Political Department, visited, conversed with, and encouraged the team of journalists and reporters on duty at the Press Center of the 14th National Congress.

General Nguyen Trong Nghia acknowledged the sense of responsibility and serious preparation of the press agencies, and expressed his confidence that the press would continue to play a pioneering role on the ideological and cultural front, reflecting the activities of the Congress in a timely, truthful, and vivid manner.
