At the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated the successful investment activities of enterprises in Vietnam.
The Prime Minister suggested that, for the extension of investment certificates, investment expansion, etc., enterprises need to closely coordinate with localities and relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Planning and Investment to receive specific guidance and support and implement incentive and preferential policies according to the provisions of law, in the spirit of equality between enterprises and simplifying procedures, avoiding cumbersomeness for investors.
The Prime Minister hopes that corporations will further promote social responsibility, especially in difficult circumstances; contribute to promoting innovation, applying science and technology, increasing labor productivity; and actively contribute to building and perfecting institutions and laws.
In the real estate sector alone, the Prime Minister said Vietnam is encouraging the development of worker housing, social housing, and housing for low-income people.
The Prime Minister affirmed that the Vietnamese Government always listens to and grasps difficulties and obstacles to remove, handle and create the most favorable conditions for investors to operate effectively, sustainably, preserve capital and make profits, on the basis of harmonizing interests and sharing risks among parties, the success of investors is the success of Vietnam.
