The event was organized by the Editorial Board of the Communist Magazine in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Vietnam Television, and the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group, to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and to celebrate the 14th Party Congress.

"Dear Party," composed by Anh Tú, features a solemn yet approachable melody, stemming from the artist 's genuine emotions and gratitude towards the Vietnamese revolutionary history led by the Communist Party of Vietnam.
