Promoting the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" associated with digital transformation

The program "Creative Labor Festival 2025" affirms the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in discovering, nurturing, connecting and promoting the formation of a creative culture of union members and workers, responding to the movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" launched by the Prime Minister.

Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong has just signed and issued a Plan to organize the "Creative Labor Festival 2025" at the General Confederation level, scheduled to take place on August 15.

The program is organized to honor the creative labor value of union members and workers - those who contribute to creating endogenous strength for the national economy through effective initiatives and solutions.

At the same time, arouse and spread the spirit of innovation and creativity in labor and production; promote the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" associated with digital transformation, green transformation and development of high-quality labor force in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

The program also aims to create an open creative space, connecting creative workers with businesses, managers, and policy makers; contributing to spreading the value of innovation for a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

Within the framework of the program, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will organize the exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise" displaying typical creative products of union members and workers nationwide according to themes and topics, such as: Energy saving and environmental protection initiatives; digital transformation in production; technical innovation; creativity in healthcare, education, public administration; occupational safety and hygiene...

Within the framework of the festival, the Forum “Creative Labor - Development Motivation” focused on exchanging, evaluating and commenting on the products and creative ideas of workers by business leaders, experts and scientists; recommending and proposing solutions to apply creative ideas and products and promoting initiatives and creativity of workers.

The same evening, the award ceremony "Enterprise for workers" will also take place.
